I just read the history of Eliot House. It was interesting, but it certainly is a different world.
Is this a fiction or documentary book?
Neither. I found the Harvard University site dedicated to the house. There are lots of interesting details about how it was built, the housing systems over the years, and the architecture, as well as some of the traditions there.
Thank you. I will definitely try to read it.
The light in this photo is wonderful!
The light really turned out to be very interesting, but with a clear sky and bright sun, this building will also look amazing. Thank you.
Such an amazing shot!
Yes. Indeed, it is a very beautiful building. Many thanks.
The top end becomes attractive with the trees and light shades!
Many thanks. This is a very impressive building. And I think I need to take another shot at blue hour.
That is a good idea!
Very nice 👍
I love your work. Not only do you click awesome pictures, your subject is also intriguing and makes one curious to know more about it !
Many thanks. I just love to walk around and am very glad if I can find something interesting. There are many attractive views not far from us, but for some reason we miss them.
That’s so true ! We tend to miss out on so many beautiful places around us only because we don’t get out to explore places..
Love that purple hue in the sky.
Such beautiful image of Harvard.
Many thanks. Harvard University has many beautiful buildings and I think Eliot House is one of the best.
This is absolutely amazing!
I’m glad you liked it. Thank you.
I love ominous skies. 🥰
Lovely photo. I think my father resided there when he was an undergrad at Harvard back in the very late 1940’s. In my mid-twenties I drove from work out in the suburbs to the Harvard campus for a night class, and I loved walking around the area, especially during the warmer weather when street musicians were playing.
Harvard is always impressive. Even now, when the streets are almost deserted and the street musicians are just memories. But everything is moving forward, and I believe that soon Harvard will be again the way we remember it. Thank you very much.
