Thank you very much, Rebecca. Willows are very beautiful trees at any time of the year. But they are especially beautiful in spring with a yellow color on a blue background.
My pleasure, Vova. It’s about a girl who was being forced to give up her love and marry someone else. She cried so much that she turned into a weeping willow.
Lovely. I’ve always loved the Willow tree, they seem to hold a special mystery about them.

Beautiful
Thank you so much.
Nice
Thanks.
Very dreamy. ♥️
Thank you.
Love this image of the Willow.
Thank you so much. I’m glad you liked it.
The color contrast in this picture is amazing. Beautifully captured!!
Many thanks. I think this look is so appealing because the yellows and blues are so intense and very pure.
Yes.. of course they are.
Absolutely love the contrast of the sky in this photograph!
Many thanks. The colors were so pure and deep that I couldn’t resist taking this shot.
Reblogged this on ausevor.
Beautiful color combination and such a delicate texture!
Thank you so much, Dolly. These clear, rich colors attracted me as soon as I saw them. I thought they had the spirit of spring.
They certainly do, Vova, and the effect is so joyful that the willow doesn’t seem to be crying at all.
Probably because spring is a festival of colors, and crying is for autumn, farewell to the past year.
Very poetic, but in Russian folklore the crying willows cry in spring and summer, the seasons of courting and weddings.
Thanks for the details. The term crying willow has been familiar to me since childhood, but I did not know about its crying in spring and summer.

It looks like I have not read these tales.
I am a glutton for history and fokllore, dear friend.
Maybe because for the boys, the tales about Ivan Tsarevich were more interesting, the tales about the crying willow I did not remember.
Makes sense. However, I was very much a tomboy, interested in all kinds of boy things and activites and totally not doing girly stuff.
Thank you for understanding. This is not an excuse for me, but still…
Who is looking for excuses? We are just having a good time blogging!
But I feel some dissatisfaction when I don’t know about relatively well-known things. And I’m looking for an excuse for myself.
And as a good little psychologist, I am trying to make you feel better.
Thank you for that.
Always my pleasure, Vova.
That blue is intense!
Thank you. Without that deep blue, there was no point in taking this shot.
My favorite tree. We live near a large lake, so fortunately, we see lots of them.
Many thanks. Indeed, willow is a very beautiful tree. And it looks even more beautiful when it grows near the water. You’re lucky.
Weeping willows have always been my favorite
After this post, I found that many people like this tree.
