Well, I’m on the east coast, in Vermont, and the high haze here is from the western fires. But I’m not in the Boston area, so don’t know about you. Most days now have smoke in the higher atmosphere, and there are few blue sky days.

Unfortunately, it has come down to us too. Yesterday was a sunny day, but we did not see the blue sky, instead we had some kind of layer of smoke that looks like a light orange fog. But today is better.
My first impression was it reminded me of Gone With the Wind, the shot in the movie where the tree is in the foreground (though left) and the orange clouded sky. Beautiful.

WOW!! Was this enhanced by the smoke from the western fires? Some of ours have been, but not when my camera was handy and I was not driving!
