They are beautiful. The Bap Union Peruvian tall ship docked here in my city a few years ago. I literally laid out on the pier and just watched it for a while.

I love sailing. It’s been years but I was in a local sailing clug, about 20 years sgo. It’s been that long. i did go on a sailing cruise but that was no biggie.

I also love sailing. It is very difficult to convey in words the feeling when the wind blows into the sails and the boat starts to move. My experience is only with a small sailboat, I have never tried a big sailboat.
My largest boat to help sail was 30ft. Now I was very lucky to date a guy before my husband who had a 40ft Uniflight and that was heaven. But not the same as sailing. But it had two bedrooms and a full bathroom and shower!
Thank you very much, Dolly. Sailboats always remind me of my childhood, of books where great discoveries and great adventures took place thanks to them. I grew up in a city where the nearest sea, not even the ocean, was almost 600 miles away. And now, when I live near the ocean and have the opportunity to see such amazing ships with my own eyes, I always try to photograph them.
I can understand that. We are the opposite – grew up by the sea and cannot live without it. For us, sailing is life. At the end of a few days sailing, I never want to come ashore.

They make me want to set up a hammock and fall asleep under them. I love these photos. The other sky photo you have is like the description of cotton candy clouds :). You have a great eye my friend !
Many thanks. I always associate the end of the day with the completion of all affairs and the beginning of rest after that. This is probably why sunset photos, if they are made in soft colors, look serene.

I can’t argue about it. Only one complaint is the windy city. Although I was in May, I did not feel very comfortable next to the lake.
